While it is certainly possible to forge during temperatures of 36ºC and above, it is none the less a risk that we must address under our Duty of Care as an association.

Our current policy is to cancel workshops and activities at our forge when the forecast temperature is 36ºC and above.

Notice will be sent out to members where possible, and the EVENT Calendar will be edited to reflect the closure, however, it is an automatic action taken if high temperatures are forecast.
